Responsibilities:
* Assess clients’ needs and create personalized massage therapy plans to address their specific concerns
* Maintain a safe and relaxing environment, ensuring clients feel at ease and comfortable throughout their sessions
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to our clients
Qualifications:
* Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification
* Registered and in good standing with CMTO
* Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
