Job Description
We are seeking to expand our small but excellent hearing health care clinic by employing an Audiology Office Assistant. On the job training will be provided as well as some online courses to expand knowledge over time.

Job Type:
-Part-time to full time based on practice growth

Main tasks will include but not limited to:
-Answering telephones
-Scheduling patients
-Greeting patients checking them in
-Use of patient management system
-Communicating with patients and co-w0rker via email
-Equipment cleaning and maintenance
-Hearing aid cleaning/checking/troubleshooting (training provided)
-Pairing Bluetooth Devices
-Receiving packages/prepping mail

Shift & Schedule:
-Expected starting hours: 10-16 hours. Added hours based on growth
-Mondays-Thursdays as scheduled
